From the Home Page, you have three options:

• Choose "I Just Wanna Browse" to begin browsing immediately as a Guest. Search our entire catalog and purchase a license to download any music you find (see "Searching" below for further tips). After purchase, you will receive an email containing a Username and Password. On future visits to the Vault, these will enable you to quickly purchase selections, view your account history and download any previously purchased tracks.
• Choose "Register" and become a registered user of the site. Registered Users have unlimited download access to our entire catalog and are not required to purchase a license at the time of download. NOTE: Your registration must be approved by Stephen Arnold Music before the account becomes active (See "Registration" below for more details).
• As a returning user, it's simple: choose "Log Me In" and enter your Username and Password.

We want you to know who we are, so we invite you to spend a little time on the home page before digging into the search engine. Read our latest news, listen to a few samples. Let us show you what our music can do for you.

Searching

• Keyword Search
  • Quickly search our entire catalog using a keyword search, available on the Advanced Search page and on all results pages.
• Advanced Search
  • For more specific requests, use any or all of the drop-down menus to help narrow your search results. Then click "Search".
• Most Popular Searches
  • Notice the "cloud" of terms in varying font sizes. These are the most popular search terms entered by our users. The larger the font, the more popular the search. Each word is a clickable link that takes you to the search results for that word.
• Search Results
  • The Search Results page displays all items matching your search criteria. Click the album cover or the song title to play it.
  • Since multiple versions of each song are available, only the primary versions are displayed in the Search results. To see and preview all additional versions, click the "Additional Mixes" button appearing beneath the song title.
• Downloading
  • In Search Results, to the right of each track is a down arrow ( ).
  • As a guest, clicking this arrow will first prompt you to enter Licensing information, then add the track to your shopping cart.
  • Registered Users will see the option of downloading in MP3 or WAV audio format. (WAV files are larger, high-resolution, 48KHz, 16bit stereo audio files. MP3s are smaller files and encoded at a bit rate of 320Kbps. Users are welcome to download either or both formats). Choosing either option will immediately begin a download of the chosen music file.

Registration

It's simple: Fill in the required fields (marked with *), agree to the terms listed, and click "Submit Registration." Your information will be sent for review to a Stephen Arnold Music representative (please read our Privacy statement). Within one business day, a Stephen Arnold Music representative will contact you, and your account will become active. If your registration is not initially accepted, a Stephen Arnold Music representative will contact you to facilitate approval.

Playlists (Playlists are available to help registered users manage projects and organize multiple downloads)

• Creating a Playlist and a adding tracks
  • Click "Manage Playlists" on the lower left-hand side of the screen. You can create multiple lists and also manage them here.
  • Enter the name of your Playlist and select "Create New Playlist."
  • To the right of each item in your search results is a plus sign ( + ). Click this to add a song to your current Playlist. By choosing "Additional Mixes" you can see all available versions of a particular song. Each version can be added to your Playlist as well.
• Manage Playlists
  • Click on "Manage Playlists" on the lower left-hand side of the screen. Your Playlists are displayed by title.
  • Click on the title of a Playlist to see all items within that list. From here, you can move music from one list to another, delete individual songs from a list, or delete entire Playlists at a time.
  • Next to the Playlist's name is a "download" link. This will take you to a page where you can download selected items from a chosen Playlist. If you have a broadband Internet connection, you can download multiple files at once.
  • You can also share Playlists with colleagues. Click "Share this playlist" and enter the recipient's email address. For multiple recipients, enter each email address separated by a semi-colon ( ; ).

Shopping Cart

• To view your shopping cart, click "My Cart" in the upper-right area of your screen. From here, you can either remove items or proceed to check-out.
• After check-out, all purchased items are always available for you to download from the "Account Details" page.
• For Registered Users, no payment is required at the time of download. The shopping cart is always empty.

Account Details

• Here you can update your account information and change your username or password.
• Returning Guest Users (users who are not "Registered Users", but who have been provided a Username and Password by purchasing a track through the shopping cart) can also download any items that have been purchased by clicking the "Purchased Songs" link below the account info.
